Gambler. One is created for gambling fans with a goal to gather a wide range of professionals and players in one place, no matter their scale or volume of play.

On 15 October 2026 Belatra
Games released a digest of recent interviews in which executives outlined their approach to trade-show execution, Latin American market engagement and long-term game profitability. The comments came from CMO Kateryna Goi, Head of Accounts LatAm Lucila M. Barletta and Key Business Development Manager Ivan Shlapunov.

exhibition strategy insights

Kateryna Goi explained that first-time exhibitors benefit from hiring a professional agency that manages full project coordination, reducing risk and complexity. She stressed that transparency, solid industry expertise and flexibility are essential qualities in any partner, noting that unexpected challenges are inevitable and require a solution-oriented mindset.
She argued that a stand alone cannot negotiate or close deals; it merely provides a professional setting. According to Goi, turning visitor interest into real business depends on thorough team preparation, including advance scheduling of meetings, researching potential partners and diligent post-event follow-ups.
Goi warned that many companies focus excessively on booth design while neglecting team readiness. She advised that each team member should have a clear, actionable plan before the event, such as studying the exhibitor list, identifying target companies and mapping navigation routes through the halls.

latam market approaches

Lucila M. Barletta said that simply being listed in operator lobbies is insufficient; daily account management drives localisation through continuous operator communication, lobby monitoring, tailored promotion pitches and securing prominent placements. She highlighted that Latin American players are diverse and eager to explore varied game dynamics, so success can stem from strong mechanics, visual identity or engaging characters regardless of thematic ties to local culture.
Barletta cautioned decision-makers against relying on geographic stereotypes, asserting that real player-behaviour data and game metrics provide far more reliable guidance than assumptions. She described Belatra’s offline Mummy Tour, which brings the digital Mummy character from titles such as Mummyland Treasures, Santa Mummy, Fortune Mummy and Mummy's Mines into land-based casinos across Argentina, allowing players to interact with the character, join activities and receive branded gifts that generate shareable social-media moments.

game development and roi focus

Ivan Shlapunov noted that releasing a good slot is no longer enough; developers must craft compelling narratives and create standout features that give players a reason to return years after launch. He said Belatra evaluates a project’s true ROI by its ability to sustain market interest, foster organic streamer and player discussions and generate viral momentum that extends beyond paid marketing spend.
In contribution to Slotegrator’s latest ebook, Belatra pointed out that within its “The Guy” series fishing-themed slots outperform hunting titles, reflecting local leisure habits in Latin America. The report also noted that classic games such as Lavish Joker remain top performers because traditional casino imagery appeals to the region’s strong offline gambling culture.
