EveryMatrix is strengthening its presence in Latin America by establishing a regional hub in Buenos Aires and adapting its platform to the varied needs of individual markets, Managing Director Matías Montero said in an interview with HIPTHER and Eastern European Gaming.
Understanding the diversity of Latin American markets
The company stresses that Latin America cannot be treated as a single market. Regulatory regimes, player habits, preferred payment methods and operator requirements differ markedly between countries such as Argentina, Peru, Mexico and Brazil. Consequently, the platform must be flexible enough to accommodate these variations without imposing a uniform model on operators. Montero highlighted that success hinges on recognising these distinctions from the outset and building solutions that reflect local realities.
Establishing a local team in Buenos Aires
Previously,
EveryMatrix supported the region from Miami. The next stage involves creating a dedicated team on the ground, with Montero based in Buenos Aires to lead commercial growth, product development and operator relations. A local presence enables the firm to respond quickly to regulatory changes, integrate region-specific payment options and align the platform’s configuration with operator expectations. The company notes that localisation extends beyond language or UI design, influencing the entire stack from entry to long-term partnership.
Technology approach and Brazil's role
EveryMatrix aims to bring a proven technology stack, already used by major regulated operators, to both established and emerging markets across the region. Its modular architecture lets operators select individual components or adopt a full turnkey solution, avoiding the need to replace an entire system at once. Brazil, as the largest market, is central to the strategy; the firm is certified there and monitors the evolution of Brazil’s B2B regulatory framework, which could streamline future certification processes. Overall, EveryMatrix aspires to become a tier-1 technology partner that supports operators in market entry, scaling and ongoing adaptation to shifting regulations, competition and player behaviour.
